Yah, I was wondering what you were doing getting in the line-up in the lodge. *shrug* Yet, I do hope you got something out of joining the Masons. For the most part, I've gained a new perspective on my OTO work. The longer I reflect on that, the more I seem to get from it.
For the minor part, well - I'm with you - the social aspects of membership there are hardly enticing. As far as being in the line-up though, I've always held that the initiatory path doesn't stop at the temple door after the degree ritual. It continues on through working through the positions. So, for myself, I'm going to continue through the line.
