Bailout?
I know we're all, even the Conservatives among us, quite used to the idea that Bush and those he appoints are incompetent, secretive and arrogant, and it seems like the English know it, too. Can the Dept. of the Treasury handle bailout funds competently? I'll let you guess before you follow the link:
