You've got Civ Pro first semester?
Yeah, we've started with the Lassiter case. It's interesting how the Eldridge test is applied there. Really, the Eldridge test was part of an opinion which limited due process, but the dissent keeps trying to turn it into a big tent vibe.
So far, my favorite class has been Contracts. It's so slippery, and there are just wheels within wheels. It's an acid trip of common law.
By the way, I'm also blogging as a 1L for the law school. They've got me limited to 250 words per week, but it's pretty cool. I'll post the link when they get the page set up. It'll have a picture of me standing there with my backpack looking all confident and happy.
